Accordly to ANZ bank, new credit card holders should ensure they read their Letter of Offer, because by activating your card you accept the terms and conditions.but For replacement cards, just so you know, your PIN will remain the same. If you have an ANZ PAYCARD or ANZ Rewards PAYCARD, your new PIN will arrive within 5-7 working days.

How to activate your new ANZ card in Internet Banking
To activate your new card:
1,Kindly Log in to Internet Banking
2.Go to the Settings menu
3.Select Activate card and follow the prompts.
4. Completed the customer identification process.
How to activate your new card in the ANZ App
To activate your new card:
Kindly download the app from Google Play (for Android) or the App Store (for iPhone) and register for Mobile App.
1.Simply Log in to the ANZ App
2.Tap More on the Accounts screen
3.Choose Activate Card and follow the prompts.
Also you can You can activate a debit or credit card in the ANZ App by scanning it with your camera or by entering the card number. You’ll also be able to set your eligible card PIN at the same time. No need to wait for your card PIN in the mail.

How to set or change your card PIN in the ANZ App
To set or change a card PIN:
1. Open the app and log in
2. Choose the account the card is linked to
3/ Tap Manage, then Manage Card
4/ Tap Set/Change Card PIN and follow the prompt

- If you’re the primary cardholder and haven’t received a Letter of Offer, please give us a call.
- If you’re a secondary cardholder, you’ll need to wait until the primary cardholder for your account has activated their card before you can activate your own card.
