The code service *826# is available 24/7 and that include public holidays and weekends, it doesn’t require internet access to work, you can use on any network so far the number is the one registered to your bank account .
Please note: You can only make transfers from your individual current or savings account. You cannot transact with the following account types: Corporate Accounts, Joint Accounts, Target Savings Accounts & Domiciliary accounts.

Before you can make any transaction with this code as a first time user. you need to first register or activate your account for the platform. Follow the steps below :
- From your registered phone number with union Bank simply dial *826# and reply with 1 to activate mobile banking.
- Enter your union bank 10-digit account number and create a 4-digit transfer PIN.
- You will be prompted to enter the last 4 or 6 digit of on your Naira mastercard.
