1. Get Cash using the Royal Bank app

You can withdraw money from the Royal Bank of Scotland account even if you don’t have your ATM Card. All you need is your mobile app. you will find a function called Get Cash.

The mobile App is available to customers with Digital Banking and a UK or international mobile number in specific countries.

In order to Get Cash you will need to generate a code through your app to use at an ATM then follow the steps below to get started with Royal Bank of Scotland cardless withdrawal.

1. Log in to your Mobile app
2. Select the “Get Cash” icon (you’ll see it at the bottom of the app home screen)
3. Select amount between £10-£130 (in multiples of 10)
4. Then Tap on Get Cash Code’
5. Tap Reveal Code’ to get your six-digit Get Cash code

At Royal Bank of Scotland ATM

When you are at any Royal Bank of Scotland, NatWest or Tesco ATM, just press ‘enter’ and then follow the instructions. Make sure the amount you choose is the same as the amount you chose in the mobile app to get your cash.

 

2. Emergency Cash service

The Emergency Cash service is available to Royal Bank of Scotland when customers report their debit card lost or stolen.They could access up to £300 if they’re a telephone banking or Digital Banking customer and if they aren’t the bank ‘ll still let you withdraw up to £60 to tide you over.

This service allows customers to withdraw money from their account using a security code instead of their card.But you need to be within the UK and have at least £20 available in your account

Cash withdrawal without ATM CARD will be done from a Royal Bank of Scotland, NatWest or Tesco cash machine. The Emergency Cash service can only be provided at the time of card cancellation and is not available if you cancel your card online.
