  1. I see Debited alart on my phone since on the 8of July please I need my money back

  2. I operate a fixed deposit account at the Jibowu branch. My interests have been so haphazard. You skip payments month after month. I was not paid for May. When I went to complain, they told me to print my statement. I was that the interest was paid on the 8th June, 2022, but didn’t see the alert and my account not credited. This negates the principle of fixed deposit accounts. Again, I didn’t see for July and we are in September. What is happening to first bank, the banks’ bank? I hope ……….

  3. I made a withdrawal through Pos,the agent said she haven’t seen the transaction while I have been debited,I need my money to be reversed,it’s urgent please…I need to travel with it

  4. I made a transaction yesterday with my verve card, the receipt was declined but I was debited immediately and uptill now it has not reserved. The amount is 11,450

  5. I have tried sending on 3rd March 2023 200000 to an opay bank customer which I was debited and the transfer was no successful, in same vain, I tried sending 100000 to an access bank costumer having debited and transfer was failed

  6. I was debited twice #11,000 on 9/3/2023, and also #2,200 on 20/3/2023 and non of them has been reversed

  7. i was debited 28,200 last month and i lodged complain as at 30th march at igbogila branch Ogun state .up till now am yet to get my money back.
