Access Bank  Nigeria has introduce an alternative channel that provides financial services to existing and potential customers through use of WhatsApp application.

As Access Bank continues to keep the pace as a leader in the digital banking revolution in Nigeria leveraging on the real-time messaging capabilities of the WhatsApp platform is a new dimension of bringing banking closer to its growing customers .

With the launch of banking services on WhatsApp,customers can now check BVN, Balance enquiry, fund transfer, Request Payday Loan and Account Opening via the whatsapp.

Access Bank WhatsApp Banking is a social media platform designed to allow existing and potential customers make use of financial services that Access Bank offers such as funds transfers, airtime purchase, bill payments, balance enquiry, account opening and so much more.

All service requests on Access WhatsApp are treated instantly, and the speed of transaction is dependent only on the internet connection of the user.

HOW IT WORKS

To connect with Access Bank on Access WhatsApp, all customers need to do is, add the mobile number- +234 9090 901 901, as a contact in their phones – “Access WhatsApp Banking”- the same way they would any other number.

 

Follow the steps below as given by AccessBank

1.Download whatsapp on playstore or IOS if you don’t have the app on your phone

2.Open WhatsApp

3.Say ‘Hi’
4. A menu will appear for you to select an option.
5.Select ‘Register’
6.Input your first and last name
7.Input your email address
8.Input default Access Bank Account Number”
9.Registration is complete.
10.Access WhatsApp Banking will ask if further assistance is needed.
Access WhatsApp Banking ends session.
