How to get Access bank e-statement account

Access bank Nigeria has introduce WhatsApp Banking as an alternative channel that provides financial services to existing and potential customers through use of WhatsApp application.

This application has been designed to allow existing and potential customers make use of financial services that Access Bank offers such as funds transfers, airtime purchase, bill payments, balance enquiry, account opening and so much more.

How to  generate e-statement of account

1.Email:.

You can request bank statement via email simply  send an email to  customer care to  contactcenter@accessbankplc.com

2.ussd code

1,To get Mini statement of Account Dial *901#
2. Enter 4
3.Input 4 again and follow the prompt message
4 Enter 1 for mini staement of account
5,Then follow the prompt message to get your statement of account

3. Mobile App

You can re-strive your Access bank statement of account via mobile App
1. Login to App
2.Select Menu
3.Select account
4 Select generate statement
5 Enter the duration of your account you want to get
5, Once done your statement will be forward to your via email

4.Internet Banking account statement 

Access bank also allows for generating a ‘mini account statement’ on their internet banking service.

1.Download access bank app from either playstore or from ios.

2.Register your account with strong password and username

3.Go to your account and select account statement

4.Your e-statement account will be send to your email account.

You can also get Access bank  Statement of Account on WhatsApp by adding  +234-9090901901 to your phone
1.Then Say ‘Hi’
2.A menu will appear for you to select an option.
3.Select ‘Register’
4.Input your first and last name
5.Input your email address
6.Input default Access Bank Account Number”
7.Registration is complete.
8.Access WhatsApp Banking will ask if further assistance is needed.
9.Access WhatsApp Banking ends session.
