How to register for Citizen Bank Online Banking
1. Go to the Citizens Bank website and click on the “Sign In” button at the top right corner
2. Click on the “Enroll Now” link to start the registration process
3.Provide your name, address, date of birth, and Social Security Number (SSN)
4.Follow the prompts to verify your identity, which may include answering security questions or providing additional documentation
5.Create a username and password. Your username should be unique, and your password should be at least 8 characters long, with a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters
6.Follow the remaining prompts to complete the registration process
Once registered, you can log in to your Citizens Bank Online Banking account to manage your accounts, pay bills, transfer funds, and more.

How to register for citizens bank Mobile Banking
Download citizen bank Mobile Banking app for iPhone®, iPad® or Android™, and select “Enroll Now” from the Login screen.
Also you can log on with Mobile Banking using the same User ID and Password that you established when you enrolled in Citizens Bank Online.
