GTBank offers multiple ways to check and generate your account statement:  

1. GTWorld Mobile App:

• Log in to the GTWorld app on your smartphone.
• Go to the “Accounts” or “Statements” section
• Select the account you want to view the statement for.
• Choose the date range for the statement.
• View or download the statement in PDF or CSV format.

2. Internet Banking:

• Log in to GTBank Internet Banking.
• Click on “My Accounts” or a similar option.
• Select the account and then “Account Statement.”
• Choose the date range and click “Generate.”
• View, download, or print the statement in PDF or Excel format.

*3. USSD Code (737#):

• Dial  *737*51*33# from your registered mobile number.
• Enter your email address where you want the statement sent.
• Input your 737 PIN or token code.
• Note: Only transactions done in the last 6 months will be captured.

4. GTAssistant (Email):

• Send an email to gtassistant@gtbank.com from your registered email address.
• Use the following format:

  • Body:

    Send my statement from [start date] to [end date] for [account number].
