1. Securely sign in to the mobile app using your fingerprint
2. Select Transfer | Send and then Make a Transfer.
3. Select the account you want to transfer From and then the account you want to transfer To.
4. Enter the Amount you’d like to transfer.
5. Enter the Date you want the transaction to occur and then tap Continue.
6. Confirm the transaction details, tap Make Transfer and you’re done.

3. Through Online Banking

Bank of America customers can Make real-time transfers between their accounts to save for that special purchase or cover an unexpected expense all from Online Banking by following the steps below.

1. Log into Online Banking by visiting www.bankofamerica.com.
2. Under Transfer, select Between my BofA accounts for accuracy.
3.Add the account you wish to transfer the funds from. You can transfer between your Bank of America, Private Bank, and Merrill investment accounts
4.Select the account where you would like the money to be transferred by tapping TO. You can transfer to another Bank of America account, Private Bank account, or a Merrill investment account

5. Add or select the amount you would like to transfer.
6. Select the desired Payment Date or Frequency
7.Select Continue Transfer.
8.Confirm that all of the details of your transfer are correct and select Make Transfer.
9. You will receive a success or confirmation message. Immediate transfers will be displayed in your account details

How to Lock or Unlock Debit Card

Bank of America customers can easily Lock or Unlock Debit Cards to prevent unauthorized use when you misplace your card until you find it. Using the Mobile Banking app or Online Banking.

1. Lock or Unlock Debit Card using mobile app

You can block or unlock your debit card when your account is compromised or when you misplace it using a mobile app. here is the steps to follow:

. Log in to the Mobile Banking app
. Click the Menu button.
. Choose Manage Debit/Credit Card
. Select the debit card you wish to lock by swiping left. Once you have selected the right card, click Lock.
. Read over the terms and conditions and click LOCK CARD

To unlock the card, simply follow the same process and select Unlock.

2. Locking and unlocking a debit card through Online banking

.Log in to Online Banking by visiting www.bankofamerica.com.
. Hover over the Accounts tab and select Manage card settings.
. Your ATM/debit card will automatically appear. Click on Lock your card
. Read through the terms and conditions and select the Lock card.

To unlock Simply follow the same process and click on Lock your card changing it to Off.

 

How to pay bills from Bank of America

BOA account holders can easily pay bills electronically from their comfort zone such as utilities, cable and phone. You can Set up one-time or recurring payments with Bill Pay once you’re enrolled in Online Banking, you can pay bills using the Mobile Banking app and online banking.

 

1. Paying bills through Mobile app:

Bank of America has designed simple steps that enable customers to pay bills easily from any location in a single place using a mobile app. To pay bills using a mobile app, kindly follow the steps below.

. Log in to the Mobile Banking app.
. Select the Bill Pay button to get you started
. Select the account you wish to pay.note:All payees you have previously set up will show here

. Select your Payee

. Enter the Amount and Deliver By date. If you wish to setup a recurring payment for the same amount on a schedule you choose, select Frequency
. Double check all information prior to selecting Pay. Money will not come out of your account until the scheduled Deliver By date.

. You can save a copy of your payment, or print or email your payment information before you click DONE. You can also view scheduled payment and payment history in the Activity tab.

2. Paying bills through Online banking:

Bank of America Online Banking allows you to schedule secure bill payments to individuals or businesses. These steps will teach you how to schedule and pay a bill.

. Log into Online Banking by visiting www.bankofamerica.com.
. From the accounts overview screen, hover over Bill Pay and select Payment Center.
. All payees you have previously set up will show here. Select the account you wish to pay

. Enter the payment amount and deliver by date. If you wish to set up a recurring payment for the same amount on a schedule you choose, select AutoPay

. To schedule a recurring payment, you must turn on e-Bills. Keep in mind that it can take up to a full billing cycle for e-Bills to activate. You can also view scheduled payment and payment history by clicking on Activity.

. Select your payment Deliver By date.
. Make sure that you check all information prior to selecting Make Payments. Money will not come out of your account before the scheduled Deliver By date

. After you select Make Payments you will receive a confirmation that your payment was successfully scheduled. You can print a copy of the payment information before you Sign Out.
