The service is seamless, fast, reliable and secure. with this you done need to queue up at the banking hall to transfer money, buy airtime, pay bills and check account balance and many more transaction.
GCB Mobile Banking is an innovative solution which allows you to have a world of financial solutions on your mobile phone. There is no need for Internet connections and it works on any type of phone
Which Services is available with the GCB Mobile Banking solution?
1. Balance Enquiry – Check your current balance
2. Mini Statement – Check your last 5 transactions
3. PIN Change – Change the existing PIN to a new PIN
4. Airtime Top up – Buy mobile airtime for self and any other person
5. Bill Payment – Pay bills such as TV license, DSTV, GoTV etc.
6. Funds Transfer – Transfer funds from one GCB account to another GCB accounts
7. Mobile Money – Send / receive funds from your bank account to /
from any mobile money wallet
8. Fee Pay – Pay fees to over 300 schools

How to register/enroll for GCB ussd Mobile Banking
To use the unstructured supplementary service data (USSD) platform users need to register/enroll for it.
Existing SMS Banking Customers should dial *422# (all networks) using the phone number you registered for the sms banking to set up.The follow the on screen message to complete your registration process and enjoy the new and improved GCB mobile banking service.
New Mobile Banking customers need to Visit any GCB branch and you will be set up.

How to transfer money,and other transaction with GCB ussd Mobile Banking
To transfer money, pay bills, check account balance, buy airtime and get mini statement of account kindly dial *422# and follow the on screen message once you are done with the registration process…..Then select your choice destination to carry out your seamless transaction.
This process will display either, check account, transfer fund, balance and account history
