1.To get cash when you forgot your ATM Card at home, simply Download Ecobank mobile app from playstore or appstore
2.Register with your bank card details
3 Select Cardles withdrawal from the menu and click on Xpress Cash
4.You will be ask to choose between ATMs or Xpress Cash Agent
5.Input your account you want to make withdrawal from
6{ E-tonken}Paycode will be send to your registered phone number with Eco bank

1 Locate any Eco Bank ATM
2 Press “Enter” button on the ATM
3 Select the “Cardless Withdrawal option
4 Enter “Reference Code” received on your mobile phone
5 Enter “ Amount” (This should be same selected when initiating request on Internet Banking, USSD, Mobile Banking)
6 Press “Enter “ button to proceed
7 Collect your Cash

1 Locate any Other Banks ATM
2 Press “Enter” button on the ATM
3 Select the “PayCode” option
4 Enter “PayCode number” received on your mobile phone
5 Enter pre-selected “Cash-Out PIN Number” selected on Internet Banking when initiating request
6 Enter “Amount” (This should be same selected when initiating request on Internet Banking, USSD, Mobile Banking)
