The Australian multinational banking and financial services’ latest innovation is technology which allows consumers to withdraw money “cashless cash” and also pay for goods and services without their card at hand. Customers can also perform Contactless payments using ANZ .contactless debit or credit card.

This development means all ATM functions and bills payment can now be completed without a card. It’s more secure than plastic cards because account holders have to either use their face ID, or thumbprint or pin on their phone before they can even use cash, and take the cash out at the ATM,

How to Set Up digital wallets

Step 1: Open the Wallet app and tap the + sign in the top right corner
Step 2: Use your phone camera to scan the card, or manually enter the detail
Step 3:You may need to enter your card security code.
step 4: You may receive a verification code via SMS or phone call.
Step 5: You can load multiple eligible ANZ cards and set a default card for payment.

How to Set up digital wallet with ANZ App

Step 1:  Log into ANZ App and select the account you’d like to pay from.
Step 2: Tap on the Manage tab.
Step 3: Tap on Add  Wallet and follow the prompts.
Step 4 :Read and agree to the ANZ with Terms and Conditions.
Step 5 :For security purposes we may ask you to call us; or we may send you a verification code via SMS.

 

How to make ANZ contactless card payments

To make Anz contactless card payments, simply Confirm the payment amount on the terminal, then Hold your card or device over the reader and wait for the beep. But if the amount is over $100, you’ll be prompted to enter your PIN.
