How does Regions bank Mobile check Deposit work?

To deposit a check via Regions bank Mobile app, customers have to sign the back of it. You need to use a compatible smartphone or tablet to deposit funds into your Regions deposit accounts.This is the same as endorsing a paper check that you deposit at a branch or via an ATM.then follow the steps below:

 

1. Before you can start a mobile check deposit, you need to download the Region bank Mobile® app then register for it. If you already have the app, update it with the most recent version.
2.Log in to the app using your online ID and password.

 

3.Select Deposits from the home menu, then choose a deposit account or Now card
4. Enter the check deposit amount and select how soon you want to access your funds.
5.Sign at the back of your check and write “For Mobile Deposit at Region bank Only” or “For Regions Mobile RDC Service Only.”

6. Take a picture of the front and back of your check.
7. Review details and Tap Deposit.

8. Choose how soon you want access to your funds3:

Available immediately4 — 1% – 4% of the check (minimum of $5)
Available for Processing Tonight — no charge

Region Bank limits

There is not a set limit on the number of checks a customer can deposit using Regions Mobile Deposit. Most customers have a $6,000 daily and $10,000 monthly limit. Customers who qualify as a member of Preferred Banking programs have a $10,000 daily and $25,000 monthly limit. Private Wealth Management clients have a $50,000 daily and $200,000 monthly limit.
