Before you can register for RBC Royal Bank Online Banking you’ll need your RBC Royal Bank Client Card, credit card or account number handy. You’ll also need either your cell phone…Once this information is available head up and follow the instructions below.

1. Input the url: rbc.com/enrol in your desktop internet browser
2. Click “Myself” as the answer to the question “Who do you want to enroll today?” and then click “Enrol Now”

3. If you have a RBC Royal Bank Client Card or credit card click yes and input the details, but if you don;t have a card select “No”. You will then be asked to enter your account number instead.

4. You’ll need to request an Activation Code, a code will be sent to you. Write this code down.

5. Once you have your Activation Code, enter it in the box on this screen and click “Submit”

6. Set your password. Take a moment to think about a secure password, as it must have
8-32 characters in total
At least one must be a number (from 0-9) or a special
character (!, %, $, etc.)
At least one character that’s a letter

7. Read the Electronic Access Agreement, then select the check box next to “I have read and agree to be legally bound by the terms of the Electronic Access Agreement”.

8. Create three Personal Verification Questions.

To enroll for RBC Royal Bank Mobile app you need to signed up for RBC Online
Banking, you also need your RBC Royal Bank® Client Card, credit card or account number plus your Online Banking password, and answers to your Personal Verification

1. visit your App Store or Google Play and search for RBC Mobile to download the app.

2. Tap on “Get” to begin installing the app onto your phone. Wait until it is fully installed and appears on your screen.

3.Select the Manage Documents tab. In the Change Document Option column, choose your statement preference. If you’d like to switch all of your accounts to electronic statements, select “All Electronic”.

4.Select Continue. Review and agree to the Terms and Conditions. Select Submit.

1.Sign in to the RBC Mobile app

2.Tap More in the Navigation Bar

3.Tap Settings

4.Scroll down to Services and tap Statements

5.Turn on the toggle beside “Switch all to electronic”.

6.Tap Apply Changes

How do i reset RBC ONLINE BANKING OR MOBILE APP

Your banking password is the same for both online and mobile, so you can reset it either way.

Online banking :

Go to the Online Banking Sign-In page and select Reset Your Password, just below the Password field. Then follow the instructions on the screen.

RBC Mobile Users :

If your account is temporarily disabled, you can tap the Reset Password link anytime directly from the Sign In page. Then follow the instructions on the screen.

How to pay for bills online from RBC

Before you can make bill payments in Online Banking, you’ll need to set up a list of payees. Sign in to Online Banking and select the “Manage Payees” option from the Accounts Summary page. You can then choose “Add Payee” in the left side menu and follow the instructions.

To make a payment online from RBC :

1. From the Accounts Summary page go to Quick Payments & Transfers on the right side of the page. You can also click on “Pay Bills” from the information box at the top of the page when viewing your chequing or savings account.
2. Select the Amount, the “From” Account and the recipient in the “To” field.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions and select “Submit.”
