Required Documents Salaried Customers
Members of staff of public and reputable private organizations whose salaries are domiciled with the Bank are to provide the following documents.
1.Duly completed application form
2.Duly accepted offer letter
3.School fees bill / invoice in the name of the student. The bill should contain the total fee amount
4.Valid ID card and recent utility bill (with the last 3 months
On the other hand, Non-Salaried Customers who’s account domiciled with Access bank should provide
1.Duly completed application form
2.Valid ID card
3.1-year Bank statement of corporate account
4.CAC documents
5.Recent Utility Bill (within the last 3 months).
6.Duly accepted offer letter
7.School fees bill/ invoice in the name of the student. The bill should contain the total fee.
8.Evidence of lien on treasury bill, fixed deposit on any money market investments. OR
9.Receipt of acceptable guarantee (individual or corporate) and
10.Statement of Net worth of guarantor

Though there other document which may be requested by the bank such as Executed NIBBS mandate form,Payslips and 6 months statement and Acceptable party guarantee of personal or corporate (Guarantor must maintain a salary or corporate account with Access bank.
How to apply for Access bank Advance for School Fees
To apply for the term loan facility take the following steps:
1. Download the attached forms and fill in with accurate information from the bank website
2.ppend your electronic signature (don’t know how to go about it? Very easy! Simply download any scanner app on your phone, scan your signature and save as image. Copy and paste the image on the form.)
