3.You’ve already changed your currency twice in the past 28 days
4.You’re looking at an account other than your personal ad account
Before you can change your facebook ad currency

2. The payment methods available to you depend on the currency you choose.
For some countries (like Brazil, Nigeria and Venezuela), your ad account’s business country and currency must match.
3.If you select a country other than Brazil when you create your ad account, you won’t be able to change your country to Brazil later. In addition, if you select a currency other than BRL when you create your ad account, you won’t be able to change it to BRL later.
4.If your currency is supported by PayPal, you may see an option to make ad purchases in US dollars or euros. When making a purchase, your selected currency will be converted to either US dollars or euros. Bear in mind that your bank or payment provider may charge foreign transactions fees when making ad purchases with an international currency.
5.If your Facebook Business Manager account has several other accounts associated with it, it’s not possible to change your currency. You’ll need to create a new account from Business Manager with the new currency.
